CC Professional is owned by Clare Clarke, who has a Diploma in Secretarial Studies and is a Founding Member and Fellow of the Association of Professional Virtual Assistants (FAPVA). 

Clare has nearly 40 years' experience as a PA/ Project Manager in firms within the private, commercial, and public sectors, with a reputation for delivering quality and quantity to tight timescales.

Clare manages a team of highly-experienced Channel Partners and Business Support Professionals, each specialising in specific areas, so clients can be matched with the most suitable resources.

As a very active networker, Clare has many contacts in numerous disciplines across the country.

  • A Business Support Professional is a self-employed, professional person who can support clients remotely, from a virtual office, with administrative, technical, or social tasks
  • Because all our Business Support Professionals are independent and self-employed, our clients are not responsible for any taxes, benefits or insurance as they would be for an employee, other than where indirect expenses are included in our fees as part of the contract
  • The remote nature of the work also means that clients do not have to provide office equipment, a desk or supplies such as stationery
  • Clients only pay for the time worked and contracts can be tailored so that dedicated professional resources are assigned to suit their exact needs. Our support professionals usually work for a number of small businesses and/or busy executives.
