It also makes it easier to remember all of the information needed for that specific document, that it is often easy to forget when you are working to a tight timescale!

One of my favourite tools at the moment is Canva - https://www.canva.com/ - a graphic design tool that has a wide variety of templates that you can use for everything from letter heads to presentations. They have a free basic level, but you can upgrade if you would like access to some of their more advanced features, and to a wider variety of fonts and images to populate your templates with.
