New research from the University of British Columbia recently found that using money to buy time - such as paying to delegate or outsource your business administrative and creative tasks is linked to greater life satisfaction and happiness. People who prioritise time over money tend to be happier than people who prioritise money over time.
However despite the benefits, the researchers were surprised to discover how few people choose to spend their money on time saving purchases in daily life.
